In a 2010 transaction with Online Land Sales, Mr. Chang erroneously received two lots, but only paid for one. Online Land Sales issued two deeds, as Mr. Chang had trouble recording one. Winnemucca is the county seat of Humboldt County in the U.S. state of Nevada and the site of a September 19, 1900 bank robbery by the Wild Bunch. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 7,174. Interstate 80 passes through the city, and is the site of a split/join of I-80 and U.S. Highway 95. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 21.4 km (8.3 mi), none of which is covered by water.
